**We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate information

Not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes

3. Payment & Billing

All payments for consulting packages, VIP days, digital products, and audits must be made in full unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

All sales are final.

No refunds are issued for completed services, digital downloads, or strategy sessions.

Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full.

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension of services.

We reserve the right to refuse service for fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For consulting calls, audits, and VIP Days:

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

VIP Days require at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule.

If we must reschedule, we will provide the next available date.

5. Results Disclaimer

AskAnja Consulting does not guarantee:

Specific income outcomes

Increased sales

Increased engagement, views, or followers

Any particular business result

Client results vary based on strategy implementation, effort, timing, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Follow all platform rules (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Provide accurate information and access when required

Implement the strategies provided to the best of your ability

Understand that outcomes depend on your actions

We are not liable for results impacted by incomplete implementation, platform changes, or lack of client participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, PDFs, strategies, checklists, systems, branding, messaging, and materials created by AskAnja Consulting are owned by us.

You agree NOT to:

Repurpose our content for your own programs

Share paid materials with others

Sell or distribute AskAnja resources

Copy our frameworks or branding

You may use the materials only for your personal business growth.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any business details, analytics, screenshots, or conversations shared during consulting or coaching will remain confidential.

Likewise, you agree to keep our proprietary methods and frameworks confidential.

9. Website Usage

When using our website, you agree NOT to:

Upload harmful code

Attempt unauthorized access

Copy or scrape website content

Misuse forms or contact methods

We may remove access for misuse or suspicious activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

AskAnja Consulting is not responsible for:

Business losses

Platform issues or outages

Delays due to third-party tools or systems

Decisions made by the client based on our guidance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service purchased.

11. Links to External Websites

Our site may contain links to outside tools, platforms, or resources. We do not control or endorse external content and are not responsible for their policies or actions.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated version.
